IL CAMPANILE
Il campanile seicentesco è opera dell’architetto Antonio Spazi, che ha diretto anche la costruzione della nuova chiesa di San Giovanni Battista. L’elemento architettonico si mostra affusolato e rastremato verso l’alto con un largo basamento strombato, una torre sottile e una cella campanaria distinta da una mensola modanata e da protomi umane, poste nelle chiavi di volta delle arcate.

The seventeenth century bell tower was made by the architect Antonio Spazi, who also directed the construction of the new church of San Giovanni Battista.
